YIN-YANG YOGA WEEK | HOTEL KORINJAK, VELI IŽ | 05. - 12. 08.

We are so happy to be able to invite you to this unique yoga retreat on the island of Iž. What we plan to do is to give you a week of intensive but subtle practice in a wonderful, natural surrounding, that only the Adriatic can give you.

The Yin-yang yoga week is all abot balancing our yin and yang energies. We will practice more vigorously during chakra vinyasa flow classes and Dragon dance classes and less vigorously but intensively during our yin classes. The aim is to enjoy practicing different yoga styles, rest and create an inner balance that lasts.

What does the Yin-yang yoga week include?

- daily practice of yin yoga, and yang yoga – Dragon dance and Chakra vinyasa flow classes
- daily meditation in a piramide
- philosophy lectures
- pranayama
- experienced teachers
- vegetarian food – 3 meals per day
- wonderful nature and enough free time to enjoy it – swimming, sunbathing, rest

Daily schedule:

7 h – morning yoga class – yin or yang

8 – 9 h – breakfast

9-10h – meditation and pranayama

10 – 13 h – free time

13 – 14 h – lunch

14 – 17,30 – free time

17, 30 h – afternoon yoga class – yin or yang

19 – 20 h – dinner

21 h – fun
