The Vinum Association Assessed the Best Dishes and Beverages | Advent Zadar

A different sarma is the best advent dish of the year and here are the winners in other categories. 

A different sarma from Picnic house is the best salty dish of this year's Advent in Zadar, apple pie of Master & Chef house is the best sweet dish and the best mulled wine is from Maguro Street Food house, while the best total beverage offer is from Picnic house. The best autochthonous Advent Fair dish is the cod from Winter Paradise by Gušti house. The best offer of autochthonous beverages is from Santa's Barrel house which are made from wines of four wineries of the Zadar region, Maraskino and over 50 other beverages.




After hours of tasting dishes and beverages from the Zadar Advent houses, on Thursday the final decision on the winners was taken by the jury made up of ten members. The members of the Vinum Association expert team were: Filip Erceg, Ivan Stiblik, Robert Plohl and Manuela Plohl, and along with them the jury consisted also of the well-known Zadar chefs Marko Perić, Renato Kraljev, Mario Arbanas, Ivan Buovac and Josip Vrsaljko.





The announcement of the winner and the second and third places in all categories with the awarding of prizes is scheduled for Saturday morning.
