The promotion finalized the two-year project in which a great number of athletes, musicians as well as Zadar citizens participated.

- The preparation of the project lasted for two years and it gathered numerous Zadar athletes and musicians. After two and a half years of work and filming, my heart is content and full of happiness. I am exceptionally happy to have finally come to the end of the project. This is the first fruit, after all, of the Zadar Basketball Museum Project that I initiated. This is the first visible fruit of my work that will come to light today. I am really proud of it. I have done a lot and I am working a lot, but today it seems that the result of my work is this Zadar song Zadar is the best, Zadar is famous was – said with satisfaction the initiator of the project, Krešimir Butić.
This song is really the heritage of our city, and now it has acquired a new life through the present production as well as the impressive video spot directed by the awarded director Igor Goić. The committee that participated in the project was made up of Erik Pavin, Davor Pekota, Rikardo Perković, Krešo Butić, Igor Goić, Igor Jelinić Toto and Tomislav Pehar who coordinated the project for the two years.

- It is definitely a relief after two, almost two and a half years, when we started with the first meeting and the idea at the initiative of Krešo Butić. A lot of things deranged us, and of course, as we all know, the sad pandemic most of all. Now we have seen the light at the end of the tunnel. – the producer Tomislav Pehar stated and added:
- My task was to coordinate the singers, Zadar entertainment artists that participated in the entire story. I hereby thank them most sincerely. It lasted for a long time. There were 30 or so of them, and it all had to be recorded, edited, solved and produced. And lastly, my colleague and friend, Saša Miočić, was in the team and he mixed and mastered it.

Director Goić did not have a simple task for the entire material had to be recorded and arranged to be representative, and which he ultimately succeeded in doing it very well.
- We are satisfied in the end. It was quite demanding, actually the most demanding part was the editing itself for one had to cover 44 people in a three-and-a-half-minute spot. We wondered how it would all be done and found a way in the end and hope that people will like it – he concluded after the promotion.

The spot itself, just like the song, is full of emotion and the viewers agree with this as well as the filming participants.
- It really stirred an emotion in me. It was nice to see something like this, I congratulate the committee. The number of us in the video really has a great value. Unfortunately, some of them are not among us, like Hrvoje Ćustić and Krešo Ćosić, but the promotion of the city through this song can really be successful and present to the young generation what has been created through the preceding years. – said basketball player Marko Popović.
