On 9th July 2017, at their session in Cracow, Poland, the UNESCO World Heritage Committee inscribed Zadar’s defensive system of fortifications upon the UNESCO World Heritage List.

From Thursday, 5th July until Sunday, July 15th a photography exhibition of all Croatian monuments on the UNESCO World Heritage List will be held in the courtyard of Cedulin Palace. This exhibition was first on display at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris and has been presented to more than 20 countries around the world ever since.
