Minister of Tourism and Sports, Nikolina Brnjac said:

The airline industry is of strategic importance for the tourism sector. So, the news that Ryanair is reopening its base in Zadar brings us much joy. Especially since it will connect Croatia with as much as 37 European destinations. In preparation for the upcoming tourism season, Croatia is systematically tackling all the epidemiological segments to satisfy health and safety protocols and conditions for the entry and stay of our guests. The possibilities are open when enabling the crossing of borders with a proof that a person has been vaccinated against COVID-19, recovered from COVID-19 or received a negative test result, approved by the EU whether PCR or antigen tests. It is a new step further in establishing all the necessary conditions so Croatia could readily welcome its guests and have a successful tourism season.
