On Saturday, 19 December, Zadar Christmas Market welcomes one of Croatia's most distinctive singer-songwriters. At 9 PM, Petar Zoranić Square will host Luky, born Dragan Lukić Šegedin, an acclaimed musician and producer from Split whose expressive voice, poetic lyrics and Mediterranean sound have earned him a special place in Croatian music.
Throughout his impressive career, Luky has worked with some of Croatia's most celebrated artists, including Oliver Dragojević, Dino Dvornik, Damir Urban and TBF. His solo career brought him further recognition with the acclaimed album "Ararita", featuring memorable songs such as "Ti si more", "Mislit na sebe", "Provaj" and "Nigdi mira niman". Blending Mediterranean melodies, heartfelt storytelling and contemporary pop-rock influences, his music has a timeless quality that continues to resonate with listeners.
After a thirteen-year break from releasing new music, Luky returned in early 2026 with the EP "Grad pored luke", marking an exciting new chapter in his musical journey. His Zadar performance offers a chance to enjoy both familiar favourites and newer songs from an artist whose work has helped shape the Croatian music scene for decades.
Surrounded by Christmas lights and the festive charm of Zadar's historic centre, Luky's concert promises an evening of beautiful melodies, genuine emotion and Mediterranean warmth. Join us at Petar Zoranić Square for a special December night of music that stays with you long after the final note.
