Tuna, Sushi & Wine Festival | Gala Evening at Arsenal

The most significant annual gastronomic-touristic event of the Zadar Tourist Board - the Tuna, Sushi & Wine Festival, will take place from April 5th to 10th. The eighth edition of this multi-day festival of fish and wine will mark its grand return to the premises of the Zadar Arsenal. Ilirija once again becomes the main partner of the Zadar Tourist Board in organizing the event. Additionally, all major Zadar companies in the fishing and mariculture sector will join the festival: Pelagos Net Farm, Jadran Tuna, Kali Tuna, Cromaris, and Marikomerc. Also partnering with the festival is the Zadar County Winemakers Association "Vina ZaDar," comprising the 25 most important winemakers of this county.

The first major gastronomic event in the Arsenal will take place on Friday, April 5th, starting at 8 p.m. The Arsenal Gallery will be transformed into an exclusive restaurant space where a four-course dinner will be served. The partner section of the festival in the Arsenal will be a more relaxed event with a series of food corners set up by partner companies featuring their dishes and chefs. The evening in the Arsenal will be further enriched by a concert by Danijela Martinović.
