The SUSTOURISMO Project Questionnaire

It takes just a few minutes of your time to anonymously participate in a research for the implementation of the project SUSTOURISMO, funded by the European Union within the "Adriatic - Ionian Transnational Cooperation Program - INTERREG ADRION". Countries included in this project are Greece as the lead partner, and other project partners are Croatia, Italy, Greece, Slovenia, Albania, Serbia and Montenegro. The project partner in Croatia is the City of Zadar.

The project aims to upgrade the environment and highlight the natural and cultural heritage elements within the Adriatic region through the reduction of environmental pollutants caused by the increasing use of private vehicles of tourists travelling around the Adriatic countries. The reduction is expected to be achieved through increasing the modal share of active transportation (walking, cycling), Public Transport and lower-carbon mobility concepts (car sharing – car-pooling, electromobility).

For this purpose, the University of Zadar is conducting a research among tourists (who are at least 18 years old) who have at least once in their lives spent one overnight in the city of Zadar and / or tourists currently staying in Zadar. The research examines the experience of tourists during their stay, especially related to certain modes of transport in the city and outside the city.
