The Winter Park on Višnjik is Opening Its Doors Soon

The necessary infrastructure for all activities will be ready for opening on the City of Zadar Day, November 24th. A new feature this year is the enlargement of the tent to 500 square meters, where a special program for children and youth will be held. The tent will be twice as large as in previous years, and alongside it, visitors can enjoy the ice rink, sledding area, and the Madi amusement park.

The popular ice rink will be covered this season, ensuring continuous activities regardless of the rain. The youngest visitors are particularly excited about the ice slide, which traditionally attracts a lot of interest. The program will be enriched with five Advent huts offering delicious food and drinks, and visitors will have the opportunity to ride ponies and take photos with young riders.

Denis Karlović, the director of the Višnjik Sports Center, expressed satisfaction with the increasing attendance of Winter Park year after year. The program is specially tailored to the youngest, inviting children and parents to enjoy the holiday atmosphere. Karlović also announced two concerts in the large hall during Advent: "In the Footsteps of Oliver" on December 2nd and a concert by Gibonni with an orchestra on December 23rd.

Winter Park at Višnjik, opened for the first time in 2021, quickly became a recognizable holiday attraction and a favorite gathering place for the youngest, encouraging them to spend more time outdoors with their peers.
