ZDoctor.hr | Easier Access to Healthcare in Zadar County

The platform has been designed to improve access to healthcare during the tourist season, when the number of visitors significantly increases. By using ZDoctor.hr, patients can be directed to the most appropriate healthcare provider more efficiently, helping to reduce pressure on hospital emergency departments and improve the overall coordination of seasonal healthcare services.

To make the service easily accessible, promotional materials featuring QR codes have been distributed throughout Zadar County via local tourist boards. Flyers, stickers, and posters provide direct access to the platform, while from June onwards the campaign will also be promoted through digital totems and billboards placed along major roads and motorway exits.

ZDoctor.hr is the result of a collaboration between Zadar County, the Zadar County Tourist Board, and Zadar General Hospital. The initiative represents an important step toward smarter destination management and demonstrates how digital solutions can enhance healthcare accessibility, improve visitor safety, and contribute to a better overall tourism experience.
