Ars Cantabile
The first Sunday of Zadar Christmas Market offers a gentler, more intimate musical experience! On Sunday, 29 November, at 7 PM, Petar Zoranić Square welcomes Ars Cantabile, a talented female vocal ensemble from Zadar whose beautiful harmonies and expressive performances will add a special touch to the festive atmosphere.
Founded in 2012, Ars Cantabile has become a familiar name on Zadar's local music scene, performing creative vocal arrangements of well-loved songs across a variety of genres. Under the artistic direction of Professor Nada Smoljan, the ensemble brings together pop, rock, jazz, gospel and traditional melodies, transforming familiar tunes through the beauty of multi-part singing.
Surrounded by sparkling Christmas lights and the welcoming atmosphere of Zadar's historic centre, this concert is a lovely opportunity to slow down and enjoy the simple pleasure of live music.
