Ethnographic Department of the National Museum Zadar

Located in the City Sentinel, represented with the permanent exhibition "Ethnographic Features of Northern Dalmatia", this Department is a place of dialogue of the population of this area with its own cultural heritage, and its search for their own cultural identity in contemporary cultural and civilizational circumstances. The realization that the best way to become familiar with one’s ethnic heritage is through active adoption, has led the Ethnographic Department to organize various workshops and the famous annual cultural event "Ethnic Days".
